I know online surveys can sometimes feel fake or glitchy, so I decided to test Kroger Feedback one myself using my receipt from recent grocery run.
I entered the 18-digit entry ID, Date, and Time of visit. I almost spent about 5 minutes sharing my feedback and rating the store experience. Kroger CSAT survey asked simple questions like: “Was the produce fresh?” and “Did the cashier greet you?”
It actually felt good to give honest feedback. I mentioned that the deli counter was a bit slow, and I like knowing that my local store manager actually reads these reports to improve things for next time.
The payoff? Within few hours after I finished, I checked my app, and the 50 fuel points were added.
- ✓ 50 Fuel Points (Direct to Loyalty Card)
- ✓ Zero Spam: They didn’t spam my phone number (Loyalty card connected).

Expert Tip: The “4x Points” Hack
The Strategy: Kroger offers “4x Fuel Points” on Gift Cards every Friday–Sunday.
- ✓ Buy a $100 Gift Card (Amazon, Lowe’s, etc.) at Kroger.
- ✓ Earn 400 Fuel Points instantly.
- ✓ That equals 40¢ off per gallon.
The “Value Exchange”: Why Kroger Pays You
Your receipt data is worth more than gold. Kroger trades 50 Fuel Points for your operational insights. Here is exactly what each side gets from the deal.
- Fuel Savings: 50 Pts = 5¢ off/gallon. On a 35-gallon fill-up, that’s $1.75 cash value per survey.
- Better Stock: Reporting “Out of Stock” items triggers inventory alerts to refill shelves faster.
- Staff Rewards: Positive ratings help your favorite cashiers earn internal recognition and bonuses.
- OSAT Score: The “Overall Satisfaction” metric used to grade Store Managers (and decide their raises).
- Free Auditing: You act as a “Secret Shopper” for free, saving them millions in consultant fees.
- Leak Prevention: Your feedback helps them spot checkout inefficiencies and training gaps.
Vital Step: Don’t Lose Your Points
At the end of the survey, you MUST enter your Alt ID (Phone Number) or scan your Plus Card. If you skip this step, the 50 points cannot be retroactively added to your account.
